pokemon/" target="_blank">sung/" target="_blank">Samsung customers in South Korea have had it with the company's clumsy handling of the Galaxy Note 7 recall.More than 500 users of the fire-prone smartphone are taking Samsung (SSNLF) to court, according to the firm Harvest Law.They're seeking compensation for time and money spent trying to fix or exchange their phones and the "psychological shock" of carrying around a device that could catch fire at any moment.The plaintiffs are each seeking 500,000 won ($441) in their initial claims, said Ko Young-yeel, a senior partner at Harvest Law.

The struggle is real for pokemon/" target="_blank">sung/" target="_blank">Samsung.The Korean electronics giant's operating profit plunged 30 percent year-on-year as the effects of the Galaxy Note 7 crisis begin to take a financial toll.Samsung today announced a KRW 5.2 trillion ($4.6 billion) operating profit for the third quarter of 2016, that's down one-third on the KRW 7.3 trillion that it posted this time last year.Revenue for the quarter came in at KRW 47.82 trillion ($42.03 billion), down 30 percent year-on-year also.
