( Samsung and Nestlé team to develop digital platform for better health ) - Samsung's Strategy and Innovation Center has teamed with Nestlé's Institute of Health Sciences to develop a digital health platform that would give consumers data and advice on nutrition and fitness to improve their health.The partnership hopes to mix IoT, scientifically validated bio sensors, advanced multi-modal technology, and comprehensive nutritional approach to give consumers digital tools to help manage their health by providing useful recommendations on nutrition, lifestyle and fitness, the companies said.Samsung and Nestlé provided little detail in announcing the collaboration, but promised to release more information when they begin pilot programs on the platform early next year.
