Seven years after it began, Apple and Samsung have settled a high-stakes patent dispute that resulted in numerous appeals, and at one juncture, a trip to the U.S. Supreme Court. The latest issue centered on how much Samsung owed Apple in damages for copying patented design and utility features in the original iPhone. Apple ignited the smartphone revolution with iPhone and it is a fact that Samsung blatantly copied our design. referring to Not so fast, as Bloomberg reports that Apple wants to use OLED displays from LG to reduce its dependence on Samsung. You might remember that Apple first sued Samsung for copying the design of the iPhone with early Samsung Galaxy phones. So you need to have a great supply chain to be able to become an Apple supplier. According to multiple rumors, Apple plans to ship an updated iPhone X with an OLED display as well as a bigger iPhone.
