The killer feature of Google's Daydream VR headset was always its neat handheld controller, and now Samsung is following suit with a new version of its virtual reality wearable, the Samsung Gear VR with Controller. Compatible with the Galaxy S7, S7 edge, Note5, S6 edge+, S6 and S6 edge, the Gear VR with Controller has 42mm lenses with 101-degree FOV (Field of View) as well as distortion correction technology to minimise motion sickness. The imaginatively monikered "Controller" allows one-handed control as well as supposedly better motion interaction which Samsung says will result in "minimised head movement for a comfortable user experience".
