- According to a new rumor out of China, the Samsung Galaxy S8 will come with 8GB of RAM, up from the 6GB figure we've been hearing so far.The rumor came in the form of a Weibo post from a tipster who is said to have a decent record when it comes to Samsung related leaks.The rumor notes that the phone will run an in-house SoC, produced using the 10nm process.
